Frequently Asked Questions
What editing software is needed?
The "Essentials" Products need Adobe Premiere Pro. The Film Burn Pack can be used in any editing software that has the ability to change blend modes.
How do I install the preset kit?
With the "Essentials" preset kits, after purchase you will receive a video training guide in your download that will walk you through everything you need to know with using your presets.
I bought but did not get a download.
If you've purchased and haven't received an email, the first step is to check your spam folder. It's relatively common for this to happen. If you haven't received an email within an hour, reach out to me @JustinLisonbee_ or justin.t.lisonbee@gmail.com for further assistance.
Can I get a refund?
At CreatorClub, all sales are final. Unfortunately this is policy due to the nature of digital products. However if you have any issues, I'm more than willing to help you out @JustinLisonbee_ on Instagram, or justin.t.lisonbee@gmail.com
Do presets save time?
100% they do. I've been editing for a long time and I can confidently say having presets that are done for you have saved me probably hundreds of hours to date. Spending 5-10 minutes on a single effect, or just dragging a preset on and being done saves tons of time in the long haul.
